How It Started

Founded on a Better Way to Own

The Kahza Experience was founded in 2021 in Orlando, Florida by Careen De Almeida Santos with one goal: make vacation rental ownership effortless and genuinely profitable.

After seeing too many beautiful properties underperform because of poor management, generic design, and absentee communication, Careen built a company that treats every home like a boutique hospitality brand — not just another listing.

Today, The Kahza Experience manages a growing portfolio of themed and luxury vacation homes in Kissimmee and Davenport, consistently achieving Superhost status and delivering results that speak for themselves. Great design plus great service equals owner success — and that's not a promise, it's our track record.
